Return Policy


Non-Custom Dolls: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page and we will reach a solution together. If your item was damaged at the time of arrival, please contact us via our contact page and we will respond as quickly as possible to rectify the situation. Damage during transit is extremely rare, and in most cases can be repaired. Shipping costs will not be refunded.  

Custom Orders:  Custom orders are non-refundable.  If you change your mind shortly after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not yet in progress, it can be changed or, on a case-by-case basis, refunded. However, if we have already started the design process, your dolls will be considered non-refundable.
